Johnsons Talent ist eben leider nicht erst seit gestern bekannt:
29.01.2024: Ok so this is around the first time I’m bringing up Ludvig Johnson. Johnson plays in Zug and caught my eye watching Leon Muggli on the U20 team early in the season. Johnson is a highly talented skater focused on mobility, smart positioning, and a good skill level. The point totals don’t jump out at you, but he’s consistently among the top shot differential players on Zug’s junior team as well as on the Swiss U18 team when he plays there. I see positive things in his future over the next few years in Switzerland, and if he shows at the U18s and plays as well as he has thus far for his country, don’t forget who sent you.
06.05.2024: #3 Ludvig Johnson, D: Johnson made his tournament debut against the Swedes and I thought he was fine. He nabbed an assist, showing some of the offensive chops he developed in the Swiss U-20 league this year. He’s a better puck-mover than a defender, though, which doesn’t really help him.
30.06.2024: I’m not entirely shocked that Ludvig Johnson went undrafted, but I just think it’s a shame. The incredibly mobile and shifty blueliner was hidden away in Swiss junior hockey all year, but he had the chance to showcase his game on the big stage after entering the lineup for Switzerland midway through the U-18 World Championship. He was one of their best offensive catalysts from the back end. He defends with his feet and does a better job than most blueliners his size. This might not be the last time we hear about Johnson.
Auf letzte Saison bezogen: The incredibly mobile and shifty blueliner was hidden away in Swiss junior hockey all year.
Mein Ärger ist gerade gross.
